obligation, promise of payment (past present, or future),
endorsement, or guarantee of publishing, either through the
internet, or printed material. |
If
work submitted to Empire:ZINE, is not of satisfactory quality,
it will not be printed. |
Work
submitted becomes the property of Empire:ZINE, and may not be
duplicated in any way—either by means of print, broadcast, or
a website outside of Empire:ZINE - www.empirezine.com. |

limiting the rights under copyright reserved above, no part of
